How to add money to FreeCharge Wallet

Sign up on FreeCharge to make an account and log-in. Once you are logged in follow the steps below:
  1. Go to My Account on the top right corner under your profile picture
  2. You are directed to your account page
  3. Click on Add Money
  4. Enter the amount you wish to add in the field on the next page
  5. Choose the payment method, i.e. debit/credit card, Net Banking, or stored cards
  6. Click on Proceed to Pay
  7. Your FreeCharge account is credited with the respective amount

Making payments with FreeCharge Wallet

Once your FreeCharge Wallet is loaded, it can be used to pay for multiple services like DTH, data cards, electricity bills, water and gas bill, broadband, landline.
  1. Select the respective service you wish to make payment for
  2. For instance, if you want to pay for your DTH connection. Click on DTH from the list of services on the left
  3. Choose your DTH operator
  4. Enter your subscriber ID or the registered Mobile number
  5. Click on Proceed
  6. You are directed to the payment page, where you need to enter the amount to be paid
  7. You can either pay from the wallet or choose debit/credit cards, net banking for the same
