Add money to the wallet:

  1. Click on the Add Money tab on the homepage
  2. Enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet
  3. Add a promo code if you have one and hit Apply
  4. Click on Add Money
  5. Choose a payment gateway, i.e. IMPS, net banking, or debit/credit card
  6. Click on Pay Now to add money to your wallet

Add money to a retail outlet

There are various stores you can recharge your Oxigen Wallet at like Croma and Mobile Store.
  1. Visit the nearest outlet
  2. Share your Oxigen Wallet user ID
  3. Pay the amount of cash you wish to add to your Wallet

Add money via Payback Points

If you are a new user of Oxigen Wallet, you might not have Payback points to redeem. However, once you do have, these can be redeemed following the steps below:
  1. Enter the amount you wish to add to the wallet
  2. Select PAYBACK as the fund source
  3. Enter your PAYBACK pin and click on ok

Make payments with your virtual wallet

Follow the steps below to pay for services like mobile recharges, landline bills, data card recharge, gas, and broadband payment:
  1. Click on All Services on the homepage
  2. You get a list of services on the left
  3. Click on Recharge and PayBills
  4. Enter the mobile number, operator, amount, and other fields respectively.
  5. Click on Pay Now

Send money

You also have the option to send money to another Oxigen Wallet, a bank, or a friend.
  1. Go to All Services on the homepage
  2. Click on Send Money from the list of services on the left
  3. Choose the recipient, i.e. wallet, bank, social
  4. Enter the amount and the mobile number
  5. Click on Send Money
Furthermore, apart from the above features, Oxigen Wallet can also be used to shop at the online and offline stores.
  1. Select Shopping on the homepage
  2. Choose from the Online Stores and Offline Stores on the left
  3. You get a list of the merchants falling in the respective category
  4. For online store, click on the brand you wish to shop from and enjoy
  5. For offline stores, you will be asked to generate an OTP to make payments when paying at the store
Oxigen Wallet has undoubtedly eliminated the hassles and effort in making payments. There is no need to stand in long queues whether for withdrawing money or for paying for the different services.
