  2. Tap on the My Account Details
  3. The available balance flashes under your name and email ID
  4. Tap on the balance in your wallet
  5. Click on Withdraw and choose the bank account you wish to transfer the money to
  6. Once selected the bank, hit Withdraw
  7. The money is transferred, and your FreeCharge wallet will show the new available balance

Transfer money through website

  1. Login to your FreeCharge account and verify your mobile number
  2. Click on Add Money
  3. On the next page from the list of services on the left, select Withdraw to Bank which is the second option from the bottom
  4. Select the bank you wish to withdraw the money for
  5. Click on Withdraw
There is no minimum limit on withdrawal amount, but the maximum amount you can transfer to your bank account from FreeCharge Wallet in a single transaction is Rs. 5000.00. Moreover, the maximum amount you can withdraw monthly from FreeCharge Wallet is Rs. 25,000, which can either be withdrawn in a single day or gradually over a months time.
Further, when you add money to FreeCharge Wallet, you will have to wait for two days before transferring the amount to a bank account.

Transferring FreeCharge Credit to bank account

FreeCharge credits are discount offers or cashbacks which you earn when you use your FreeCharge account to shop offline or online or make regular payments. For instance, you get 5% cashback for booking tickets on bookmyshow via FreeCharge, so this 5% cashback is FreeCharge credit.
Unlike FreeCharge Wallet, FreeCharge credits are earned from external sources when you use the FreeCharge account. Until recently, there was no option to transfer or encash the credit points to your bank account. But, now you can transfer these points to your bank account without any additional charges either from mobile app or website.

Encash the credits to your bank account

  1. Visit the FreeCharge website or the mobile app
  2. Login to your FreeCharge account
  3. Click on Cash and then click on Withdraw Money to Bank
  4. On the next page enter the required bank details
  5. Click on Submit
  6. You can now transfer FreeCharge credits to your bank account
